Following the unavoidable postponement of our Christmas party, we have decided to combine our AGM with a social event.
It is to be in The Stables pub at Cowley: the AGM, 7pm, including the Wimbledon ballot, followed by a buffet supper at 8pm.
On the menu are sandwiches, chipolatas, home-made sausage rolls, Parmesan pastries, chicken drumsticks and roast potatoes. £7.99 per head.
We need at least 20 people eating to get the room free, so I am encouraging you to attend – come and have a natter with the folks you play tennis with.
Please let me know, ASAP, but by Friday 16th March at the latest, if you can come and join us for supper, so I can give the pub approximate numbers.
