On Saturday, 28th December, we held our 2nd Christmas Tournament. 6 ladies and 6 men, all dressed in festive Christmas attire, took part in an American doubles tournament.
The weather was overcast but DRY! and warm(ish), everyone brought lovely food and there was lots of sweet orangey mulled cider to drink that made us all just that little bit more jolly 🙂
The overall winner of the mixed doubles, and the best lady, was Selena with 101 points, and the best man with 87 points was Gerry.
The winner of best fancy dress, as voted by everyone present, was Sarah in her elaborate “Christmas presents outfit”.
